All ring users must sign the requisite Municipal Waiver Form, riders must submit proof of up-to-date Horse Council B.C. insurance coverage annually, also instructors must submit proof of certification and coaching insurance annually.

The individual membership entitles you to the use of the ring (must have a signed requisite Municipal Waver Form - available upon request), newsletters, notice of functions and shows, information on trails and rides.

The instructor membership entitles you to the above, to place your business card on the notice board, and to teach in the ring, provided you have paid the ring usage fee for instructors, and you and your pupils have insurance and have signed the requisite Municicpal Waiver form.

The Club Affiliate membership entitles you to notice of functions and shows.
$20.00 / year::  Individual riding voting membership
$5.00 paid by Pony / 4H Clubs:  Pony Club / 4H Club membership 
                         (1 vote per Club)
$35.00 / year:  Instructor voting membership
$10.00 / year:  Non-riding voting membership
$5.00 paid by Affiliate Club:  Club Affiliate membership
